Founded in 2013, Amegreen Children's Services specialises in therapeutic residential care for vulnerable children and young people aged 5 to 18. Based in rural West Berkshire, our community of homes provides a warm, nurturing environment where children with complex needs are supported to build positive relationships, grow in confidence and achieve fulfilling lives.
All of our homes are rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. Our staff are trained in the PACE therapeutic parenting model, and we offer a range of integrated services including children's residential care, education, therapeutic support and our unique Stable Futures equine programme. We are proud of the outcomes we achieve and the difference we make to some of the most vulnerable young people in society.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior HR Advisor to join the team at Amegreen. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our people function, giving you real exposure to the full spectrum of HR, from employee relations and policy development to payroll support and onboarding.
You will be the first point of contact for employee queries, manage your own caseload, and play a vital role in keeping our people data and processes running smoothly. If you are early in your HR career and eager to develop, this role will give you the breadth, autonomy and mentorship to thrive.

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, resolving issues independently or escalating to the HR Manager where required.
